The Port Authority of NY & NJ Police Dept, or PAPD, is one of the largest Police Departments in the United States with over 1,600 Officers as of 2012.  It is run by the Port Authority of NY & NJ a Bi-State Agency running the Bridges, Tunnels, Airports & Seaports along the New York & New Jersey Border.
